Caregiver Assistant

As a member of our team, you will work across shared houses, supporting service users and assisting with everyday living tasks. This role is ideal for those passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives.

Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive pay rates ranging from £12.00-£16.00 per hour, depending on the shift worked, with double time available at bank holidays. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including a minimum of 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata), inclusion into our company pension scheme, free comprehensive training courses, and a free uniform if required.

Job Description

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing personal care and support to service users, promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of their daily lives. This may involve tasks such as assistance with personal hygiene, medication management, and domestic duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 months experience in a healthcare setting
• NISCC registration or willingness to apply
• Ability to attend all mandatory training courses
• Enhanced Access NI check
