Luxury Watch Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Watch Consultant to excel in the sale of luxury timepieces. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on high-end watches, and assisting clients in selecting the perfect watch to suit their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of watch brands, craftsmanship, and horology, combined with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

  • Provide expert guidance to customers on premium watch collections.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalized service and consultation.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their preferences and lifestyle.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining an organized and visually appealing watch display, ensuring all timepieces are presented to the highest standard.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new releases, and technical innovations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Supporting sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting watch collections.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, watch sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of horology, watch brands, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for watches and an ability to share that enthusiasm with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong sales skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.
