Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in selecting the perfect watch to suit their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalized service and consultation.
  • Assist customers in purchasing watches based on their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Perform basic watch maintenance tasks such as strap adjustments and battery replacements where applicable.
  • Ensure all timepieces are presented to the highest standard by maintaining an organized and visually appealing watch display.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new releases, and technical innovations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Support sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting watch collections.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless store operations.
