About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment
  • Utilize digital analytics for troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems
  • Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure prompt resolution of issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
