About the Position

We are looking for an experienced European Financial Markets Expert to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality relationships with European clients, improving distribution channels in both cash bond and derivatives.

You will work closely with management to optimize balance sheet usage, maximize client value, and increase business profitability.

The role requires successful completion of the NFA Swaps Proficiency Requirement within 30 days of assuming the role.

This position has been identified as a Central Bank of Ireland prescribed Controlled Function, and the incumbent must have the relevant fitness and probity to carry out the role.

  • Key Deliverables:
  • Maximize all FICC and Equity cross-sell opportunities, CMF in particular.
  • Coordinate coverage for European clients with our LatAm EM team and other cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine people skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills that are key to the role and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
