About the Role

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing distributors and MTO customers in European markets, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and engaging in key account management activities.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to create tailored proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and develop distributors and MTO customers in European markets to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Lead and move opportunities along, negotiating and finalizing deals.
  • Work with internal parties to assist the customer with the Tendering Process.
  • Track and report on account activity and provide monthly status updates to management.
  • Advise customers on products, perform demos independently, and devise solutions for them.
  • Provide feedback from clients and users to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct bi-weekly market research to identify new opportunities and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Participate in conferences, industry events, and professional development activities to expand the network and enhance knowledge.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research to facilitate informed discussions with clients.
