As an Ambassador of Excellent Customer Experience, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to BoyleSports customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a helpful and friendly approach, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include assisting the Store Manager and team with the smooth running of the store, maintaining high standards throughout the day. This includes accepting and paying out bets, providing excellent customer service, and on occasion managing the operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.

Step up and guide store operations in the absence of the Store and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing the store, managing and guiding the store team, and cash management procedures.

You will have the opportunity to manage on occasion, leading to further development opportunities.

This role requires the ability to combine working in a fast-paced retail environment with undertaking training and on-the-job supports to continuously upskill and progress within the company.

You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.

Ambassadors will introduce customers to the multi-channel/digital journey.

Ability to work under pressure and remain calm while constantly looking for ways to improve yourself and the store.

Maintain store presentation standards to a high quality throughout your working day.

E nsure that all procedures (safety, compliance, and store operations) are always followed.

P assionate about working within a team environment.

Adhere to Social Responsibility duties.
