Job Title:

Packer & Administrative Assistant - Part Time Contract

This is a temporary position for 3 months, part time with hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill this role. The person will be responsible for physical product packing/dispatching and general administrative support, including customer service via email.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Packing duties: accurately pick, pack, prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensure all parcels meet brand presentation guidelines, label, sort and organise outgoing deliveries using courier or postal systems, receive and check incoming stock deliveries, maintain a clean organised packing/warehouse area.
  • Administrative duties: monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely professional manner, process returns exchanges and refunds according to company policy with approval from head of retail, assist with order tracking and customer inquiries, provide general support to other team members as needed.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
