Project Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the management of selected projects within our site's project portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pharmaceutical and be proficient in various project execution methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.

The Role:

Our Project Manager will be responsible for the project management of selected projects, including process improvement, new system delivery, and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects. They will work closely with project sponsors to ensure the project scope is fully defined and understood.

The successful candidate will also lead project management best practices by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution is on track. They will resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely fashion to relevant stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years industry experience with at least 4 years working in a project management role.
  • Experienced in applying project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc).
  • Proficient in using project management tools / software.
  • Experience leading cross-functional matrix project teams.
  • Experience in MPS/Operational Excellence Green belt.
  • Experience in a Vaccines, Biologics or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project management qualifications (e.g. PMP certification).
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or related field.
