As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our mission-critical auction-based models. You will be part of a cutting-edge adtech auction optimization team to support our integrations with DSP and internal auction mechanisms to deliver the highest outcomes possible for our clients across industry verticals.

You'll work with other data scientists and machine learning experts to deploy, test, and experiment with models. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to enhance our modeling infrastructure and address the unique challenges of our clients.

Spend your days working on increasing our margins and optimizing real-time auctions. You'll focus on client ROI, win-rates, auction dynamics, and efficiency gains for the company.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to collaborate within a team of data scientists and machine learning experts to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Work with data across the oRTB specification for all media channels as well as advanced user and targeting data.
  • Partner with audience, application engineering leads, data engineering, and analytics teams to develop and refine data-driven strategies.
  • Work with product management and business stakeholders to translate client needs into actionable data science projects.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of real-time bidding systems.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in adtech, especially in machine learning and real-time data processing.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Significant experience with scalable modeling frameworks.
  • Hands-on SQL and Python experience developed over several years.
  • Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and adtech.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing data science teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in real-time bidding, OpenRTB, and related technologies.
