As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, handling reservations and room assignments, and providing accurate information about hotel services and facilities.

You will also assist with inquiries and bookings, address guest concerns, and maintain accurate records and update guest information in the system.

In addition, you will collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to enhance guest experiences and uphold the hotel's high standards of presentation and service.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in hotel management software.

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is preferred, but not required.
