About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Technology & Controls (CTC) team, you will play a vital role in developing top-tier cybersecurity solutions for software applications and platform products.

As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise and problem-solving skills to address a wide variety of cybersecurity challenges across multiple technology domains. Your contributions will promote substantial business impact by embedding threat modelling, security design & architecture reviews into product and application teams, and proactively monitoring Key Risk Indicators to ensure issues are identified, quantified, communicated, and managed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Embed threat modelling, security design & architecture reviews into product and application teams.
  • Proactively monitor Key Risk Indicators to ensure issues are identified, quantified, communicated, and managed in a timely manner.
  • Regularly provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Work with stakeholders and senior leaders to recommend business modifications during periods of vulnerability.
  • Serve as function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus.
  • Actively contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Influence peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies.

Requirements:

  • Formal training or certification on cybersecurity concepts.
  • Proficient advanced experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls via Threat Modeling and Security Design & Architecture Reviews.
  • Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable, in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines.
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
  • Practical cloud-native experience.
  • Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience effectively communicating with senior business leaders.
  • Proven experience of upskilling and learning modern technologies.
  • Experience working with vendors to evaluate third-party technologies and products.
