Job Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Cybersecurity Architect to join our team.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise and effective collaboration. As a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect at JPMorganChase within the Cybersecurity Technology & Controls (CTC) team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and making a direct impact in a dynamic environment designed for top achievers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Embed threat modelling, security design & architecture reviews into product and application teams to ensure secure products from the start.
  2. Proactively monitor Key Risk Indicators to identify, quantify, communicate, and manage issues in a timely manner.
  3. Provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
  4. Work with stakeholders and senior leaders to recommend business modifications during periods of vulnerability.
  5. Serve as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls via Threat Modeling and Security Design & Architecture Reviews.
  • Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable, in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines.
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing peers inside and outside your department.
