Agile Delivery Expert

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way we deliver software and systems. As a key member of our Agile team, you'll play a vital role in orchestrating the Release Train to drive business value and growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating Agile Release Train processes and ceremonies: From PI planning to scrum of scrums sessions.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders: Ensuring our delivery aligns with business objectives and priorities.
- Serving as a servant leader for Agile teams within the ART: Overcoming obstacles, promoting collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and tracking progress towards PI objectives: Identifying risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Working with Lean Portfolio Management: Harmonizing strategy and execution to drive business outcomes.
- Embodying Agile principles and practices: Fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous learning across the organization.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration across distributed teams: Ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
- Driving Agile transformation initiatives as a change agent: Promoting a culture of agility and innovation throughout the organization.

Requirements:

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of successful experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional teams.
- Jira and Confluence Mastery: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with experience in administration considered a significant advantage.
- Certification: Recognized Scrum Master certification and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Passion for Engineering Challenges: Demonstrated creativity and a genuine passion for tackling engineering challenges, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Effective Communication: Excellent presentation, documentation, communication, and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
