Job Description

The Strategic Governance Leader will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering community engagement.

This senior leadership position requires an individual with expertise in governance, strategic planning, financial management, and community development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure organizational compliance with non-profit laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive growth and success.
  • Oversee budgeting, accounting, and grant management processes.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND PROMOTE THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION.
  • SECURE FUNDING THROUGH DONATIONS AND GRANTS.
  • MANAGE STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS TO ACHIEVE ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES.
  • OVERSEE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS OF FACILITIES.

  • Financial Acumen: Budgeting, accounting, and financial management skills.
