Seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead effective outsourcing management, control, and monitoring processes in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure continuous update of the outsourcing governance framework to meet regulatory demands.
- Chair monthly meetings to drive constructive challenge and discussion.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders across multiple lines of defence.
- Engage with regulators and industry associations on outsourcing matters, advocating for simplification and regulatory alignment.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop the team.
- Expertise in Ireland's regulatory framework for outsourcing and third-party management.
- Ability to Chair effectively monthly meetings.
- Experience in managing stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence across various levels.
