Service Development Manager

The Area Management Role is a high-level position responsible for leading the development and management of Skylark Adult Service in Athenry. This key role works closely with the East Sector Management Team to foster a vision that promotes the ethos and values of Brothers of Charity Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive service delivery forward
- Promote a culture of excellence within the service area
- Manage day-to-day service activities effectively
- Coordinate and support teams to deliver high-quality services
- Nursing qualification or equivalent
- Registration with relevant Health/Social Care Sector bodies
- Eligibility for registration on the Social Care Register at CORU
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the Health Sector
- Management qualification
- Budgetary, employee relations, and team management expertise
- Full clean Irish manual driving licence
This role involves regular travel, which must be undertaken by personal vehicle and requires an indemnity from Insurers in favour of the employer. Reasonable travelling expenses will be reimbursed.
