About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering support to drive business growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will have expertise in developing new or improving existing equipment and process related activities, with a strong focus on project management and technical support.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, evaluate technology options, and propose solutions that meet business needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in equipment and process validation, documentation procedures, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engineering support to develop new or improve existing equipment and process related activities
  • Provide technical support for projects, including equipment or process related validations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and evaluate technology options
  • Propose solutions that meet business needs and improve compliance, efficiencies, yields, or throughputs
  • Develop and maintain equipment, process, and product knowledge to be recognised as a local expert
  • Measure and evaluate equipment efficiencies, downtime, and assist in the development of maintenance requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong engineering background with experience in developing new or improving existing equipment and process related activities
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to work closely with stakeholders
  • Strong technical support skills with expertise in equipment and process validation, documentation procedures, and processes
  • Ability to develop and maintain equipment, process, and product knowledge to be recognised as a local expert
