  • As a senior customer success professional, you will thrive in an independent and supportive work environment with opportunities to grow alongside the organization.
  • You will meet or exceed sales targets within the small and medium business cohort while building strong relationships with Italian-speaking customers.
  • Through effective communication, you will provide top-notch support at the senior management level and navigate C-level contacts to form lasting connections.
  • Key responsibilities include working closely with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells, as well as establishing and managing business and technical goals through quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintaining a structured cadence with named customer accounts, you will build lasting relationships, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges, manage issues, and close deals.
  • In addition, you will advise customers on best practices for securing and protecting their businesses against password-related breaches and proactively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers.
  • Able to consistently demonstrate knowledge of customer success best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends, you will operate as a trusted advisor to your customers, navigating account procurement practices, resolving issues, and collaborating with other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise on Keeper Security products for your customers, occasionally participating in sales and marketing calls/webinars as a subject matter expert.
  • Drive customer advocacy by securing references, referrals, and case studies, performing data-driven reviews and analysis to prioritize opportunities and risks.
  • Reliably renew and expand customer contracts, meeting and exceeding personal and team quotas, while contributing to the evolution of Keeper Security's Customer Success programs and processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes, updates, and new products, and contribute to developing a strong team environment by upholding high work standards.
