Clinical Research Specialist Job Description

As a Clinical Research Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering training programs for other CRSs, assisting with updating clinical operations process guides, performing quality checks on previous projects, reviewing client documents to determine project timelines, and collaborating with study teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

If you have excellent editorial skills, strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills, and a proven ability to organize information logically and systematically, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Clinical Research Specialists (CRS)
  • Assist with updating clinical operations process guides
  • Perform quality checks on previously developed projects
  • Review client documents to determine project timelines
  • Collaborate with study teams and internal project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Multilingual CRS:
  • Support translation tasks across various departments
  • Provide study demos, join Investigator's Meetings, and train users in local languages
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 18+ months relevant experience with proven competencies
  • Relevant degree or prior qualifications/experience in technical communications
  • Excellent computer skills
