Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Technician

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a senior infrastructure technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of internal and customer-facing servers, network devices, and infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain servers, network devices, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and health.
  • Monitor and support infrastructure health using clients OneView & Infosight.
  • Update contingency plans as necessary.
  • Manage monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions.
  • Ensure project documentation best practices and support procedures are adhered to and aligned with customers' procedures.
  • Assist with cross-training customer team members on existing and new technologies.
  • Perform special tasks as directed by management.
  • Interact with customers and staff at a technical level, as required.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years' experience in the IT industry.
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFICATION OR EQUIVALENT DESIRED.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019) & VMware vCenter.
  • Experience managing over 50 Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
  • Group policy design and configuration.
  • Microsoft IIS administration and configuration.
  • Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration experience.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
  • Must be a team player.
