Job Description:
A key opportunity exists to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Support Specialist, supporting orthopaedic services across the South East region. This part-time role offers a unique blend of clinical and technical expertise, working closely with surgeons, multidisciplinary teams, and sales forces.

About the Role:
This specialist will provide expert clinical and technical support in theatre settings, planning and executing procedures with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in physiotherapy, scrub assistance, or surgical/theatre nursing, with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and technical support during joint replacement procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and theatre teams to ensure seamless procedure execution
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
- A clinical background in physiotherapy, scrub assistance, or surgical/theatre nursing
- Proven experience working in fast-paced surgical environments
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
