Visionary Design Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Leader to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our design group, you will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.

About the RoleThe Senior Design Leader will be responsible for:
- Ledging and mentoring a team of designers to ensure excellent results
- Coordinating project workflows to meet deadlines and budgets
- Reviewing and approving design specifications, drawings, and calculations
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to develop and refine project requirements
- Driving innovation and adherence to best practices in design and sustainability
- Supporting business development with technical insights and proposals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in engineering (civil, structural, or related discipline)
- 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in design software and relevant standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
