Job Title: Visionary Design Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Visionary Design Lead to spearhead our projects and drive innovation. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring seamless execution within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope
  • Mentor and develop junior talent to enhance team capabilities
  • Oversee project personnel and workload to optimize performance
  • Raise internal teams to ensure effective delivery of complex projects
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations of team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognized qualification in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience with a proven track record
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Attention to detail and experience with data centre and industrial projects is advantageous
