About the Role

As a key member of our National Lottery Retail Team, you will provide essential administrative support to both internal retail and field sales functions.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring our retailers remain fully informed about new product launches, game lifecycle events, and promotions through various channels.

You will work closely with the RCECM to implement sales initiatives into the retail channel in line with our overall retail strategy and organisational objectives.

An additional responsibility will be supporting the go-to-market activation plans for NPD & other product promotions.

You will collaborate with the procurement team to maintain and optimize supplier agreements and associated documentation.

In this role, you will also manage Scratch Cards game lifecycles, including retailer profiling and distribution to trade.

Effective management of retailer and retail player issues will be your duty, working closely with the Retail Customer Care team and wider sales team.

This position requires participation in project work as assigned, ensuring areas of responsibility are compliant with the Operating Licence & Regulation.

You will support the RCECM and wider Retail team in maintaining the risk & compliance framework for the sales organisation, including GDPR obligations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a third-level qualification in a business discipline or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales/administration role is required.

Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with internal and external customers.

Flexibility regarding working hours from time to time is necessary.

Independence, meeting strict deadlines, results-oriented mindset, and KPI-driven approach are expected.
