Residential Services Leader

We are seeking a qualified individual to lead our residential services in Kildare. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with intellectual disabilities, supporting their independent living skills and integration into the community.
Job Overview:This role provides the chance to work as part of a committed team, contributing to collaborative and learning work within a leading national organisation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of service users.
Main Responsibilities:- To support adults with intellectual disabilities in achieving their goals and aspirations.
- To assist service users with independent living skills, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
- To work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of service users.
- A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
- Postgraduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
- At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility, including demonstrative experience of strategic planning.
- At least 5 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
