Alarm Installation Technician Job

The right candidate will have a technical aptitude, be target-driven, have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and possess strong communication skills. This role is based in North Co. Dublin, offering uncapped earning potential.

This is a full-time permanent position, and we are looking for someone who can clearly demonstrate their ability and commitment to our core values: Customer Focused, Goal Focused, Willing to Improve, and Reliable.

Key Duties:

  • Install and maintain alarm systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and recommend additional components to enhance customers' security and safety.
  • Recommend and upsell additional products to customers in line with agreed targets.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare job-related documentation.
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Customer focus to increase sales by selling additional products that meet security needs.
  • Ability to use hand tools.
  • Full clean driving license essential.
  • Safe Pass/Manual Handling/Ladder Training desirable but not essential; full training provided.
  • Attractive remuneration package.
