We are seeking a senior motion designer to join our team.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for a highly creative, strategically minded motion designer who brings ideas to the table—not just execution. As a senior team member, you will play a key role in shaping the visual storytelling of one of the world's leading smart buildings companies.

Responsibilities
  • Craft motion design that elevates the brand globally through collaboration with producers, writers, and stakeholders.
  • Lead by example and contribute confidently in meetings as a senior team member.
  • Create and storyboard animated content for product explainers, campaigns, social videos, internal communications, and brand storytelling.
  • Own the motion design process from start to finish—style frames, animation, compositing, sound, and final delivery.
  • Maintain brand coherence while pushing boundaries with motion graphics that align with and enhance our visual identity.
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and copywriters to streamline post-production workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional motion design experience in a creative agency, in-house team, or production studio.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, including animation and visual effects workflows.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI tools and techniques that support creative production.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion design styles, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
  • A confident, collaborative approach to creative discussions—you're comfortable presenting your work and ideas to stakeholders.
  • An understanding of corporate branding and the ability to elevate even the most technical topics into engaging visual narratives.
  • A degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a global B2B brand environment.
  • Familiarity with video editing and audio design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in video and animation.
