Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded motion designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring ideas to the table, not just execution. They will help shape the visual storytelling of one of the world's leading smart buildings companies, delivering compelling content across video, digital, and experiential formats.

Collaboration is key in this role. The successful candidate will work closely with producers, writers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and craft motion design that elevates the brand globally.

As a senior team member, they will lead by example and contribute confidently in meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for animated content
  • Own the motion design process from start to finish, including style frames, animation, compositing, sound, and final delivery
  • Elevate the brand through motion graphics, while maintaining coherence
  • Collaborate on team brainstorms, kickoffs, and stakeholder reviews
  • Present and defend creative decisions clearly and respectfully
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of professional motion design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with advanced knowledge of animation and visual effects workflows
  • Advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with emerging AI tools and techniques that support creative production
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion design styles, creative thinking, and problem-solving
  • Confident, collaborative approach to creative discussions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a global B2B brand environment
  • Familiarity with video editing and audio design principles
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in video and animation
