Job Title: Senior Management Accountant

Barden is partnering with a rapidly growing multinational business to hire a senior financial professional.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

They will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, analyzing financial data, and presenting to senior management.

  • Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with auditors and tax advisers.
  • Deputise for the Finance Manager when needed and provide guidance to junior team members as required.
  • Mitigate financial risks and implement risk management and internal controls.
  • Drive key process improvement initiatives within the Finance function as the business continues to evolve.
  • Involvement in additional ad-hoc projects as necessary.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and numerical skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Key Skills:
  • A qualified accounting background (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
  • Experience in a scaling business would be advantageous.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
