As a key member of our finance team, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial performance and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will have experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for coordinating/managing all activities related to month end, forecasting and budgeting in order to ensure accurate financial statements and forecasting in support of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs budget preparation and reviews budget proposals, ensuring accurate justification and documentation.
  • Generates and reports a comprehensive twelve-month rolling financial forecast.
  • Prepares financial summaries and forecasts to assess income, expenses, and earnings based on operational data.
  • Establishes strategic financial objectives and policies to support business goals.
  • Conducts detailed financial analysis and projections at both project and site levels.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and prepares for audits.
  • Provides senior leadership with timely insights into the organization's financial health.
  • Advises management on operational adjustments and identifies opportunities for cost savings or profit improvement.

The successful candidate will also possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial management or a related area.
  • Demonstrated advanced functional and technical financial skills, with experience in manufacturing/cost accounting preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and respond effectively to inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
  • Proven experience in leading initiatives and managing P&L responsibilities.
