In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and manage financial models to support revenue forecasting and expense planning
  • Analyze month-end departmental expense results, preparing accurate journal entries and variance explanations
  • Provide objective analytical support to influence expense decisions, driving cost savings and efficiency gains
  • Present monthly deviation analysis to explain bookings, revenue, and margin variances, ensuring timely and informed decision-making

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills, with experience using data to drive decision making
  • Prior experience working with tight deadlines and demonstrated responsibility for accuracy and timeliness
  • A team player with the ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
  • Excellent Excel skills, with experience using SAC and SAP a plus
