Job Overview

You will receive comprehensive training through our hotel's internal academy to learn essential skills and meet experienced team members for guidance. We promote from within, offering new opportunities to those who work hard.

Responsibilities
  • Check in and out guests as needed, assisting with luggage/porterage requests.
  • Clean areas throughout the hotel, including lobbies, offices, stairways, restaurants, bars, public spaces, staff areas, and meeting rooms.
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as directed by managers and follow nightly checklists.
  • Maintain the front entrance and outside of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
  • Understand fire procedures to ensure staff and guest safety.
  • Set up meeting rooms.
Requirements
  • Experience working with customers.
  • Good spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player.
