Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Maintain high standards in Food & Beverage service, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Handle guest queries and resolve any issues effectively.

- A strong background in Food & Beverage operations is essential.

- Flexibility regarding work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have legal authorization to work full-time in Ireland.
