">Sales Assistant Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store. You will be responsible for merchandising, presenting products, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all products and services offered by the store.
- Actively engage with customers to provide personalized advice and recommendations.
- Ensure all products are correctly labelled, stored, and displayed.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently across various departments.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on layout changes and implement them correctly.
- Follow correct procedures for product labelling, stock rotation, and inventory management.
- Receive and verify deliveries in line with goods-in procedures.
- Maintain a tidy and organized back-store area.
