About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff to deliver excellent service

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Manage stock levels and ordering to optimize efficiency and minimize waste

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
