Job Title:

Lead Accounting Professional required to provide strategic guidance and oversight to a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead client management, encompassing all aspects of accounting needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving daily operational escalations and issues.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure seamless integration of new clients.
- Implement and maintain effective controls within the accounting process.
- Foster a high-performing team by focusing on development, satisfaction, and accountability for team results and performance.
- Develop and manage training programs for accounting team staff, promoting continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

- Chartered or certified accounting professional with 1-2 years of post-qualified experience in practice or financial services.
- Proven ability to mentor and train qualified accountants, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
