Role OverviewThis exciting opportunity allows you to join our dedicated team as a Psychiatric Nurse. You'll work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and preferences.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Document patient interactions, treatment progress, and medical information accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop collaborative care plans.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Registration on the Psychiatric Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Exceptional knowledge of medication management principles and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and understanding of individual needs and preferences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
