About the Role:
  • To manage all facets of resident care, guaranteeing a high standard of quality always.
  • To offer support, guidance, and advice to the facility through an on-call arrangement.
  • To collaborate with Deputy Home Managers and CNMs to develop and manage the on-call roster.
  • To promote a culture of person-centred care among staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • To attract, select, induct, manage, and supervise new staff members to join our dynamic team.
  • To oversee and support department heads, ensuring seamless operations across nursing, household, maintenance, and catering departments.
  • To educate and ensure staff adherence to policies and procedures around the clock.

This position entails some night monitoring visits and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary practitioners to deliver exceptional resident care.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate who possesses excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

A strong background in healthcare clinical management, coupled with a proven track record in managing teams, is essential. Additionally, a good understanding of finance issues and the ability to make informed decisions will be valuable assets.
