Role Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial team. With 4-5 years of experience working with civil contractors, your primary responsibility will be to oversee cost management for one or more projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project procurement, including tender queries, reports, and appointments
  • Preparing monthly project payment applications and cost reports
  • Monitoring project costs and agreeing variations with the design team
  • Reporting to senior management on financial performance
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification in quantity surveying
  • 4+ years of quantity surveying experience on civils projects
  • Previous experience with main contractors is desirable
  • Chartered or working towards chartership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
