Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Person In Charge to join our team in Kilkenny, Ireland. As a key member of our disability services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • Post-graduate qualification ideally in Social Care/Healthcare Management or Management Qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience within the Health/Social Care sector.
  • Minimum 3 years of senior/supervisory/management role experience.
