Women's Rugby Strategy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth of women and girl's rugby.
About the RoleThis is a 4-year fixed-term contract based between our Dublin Head Office and High Performance Centre in Dublin.
- Coordinate and lead the overall women's game strategy.
- Shape and deliver the women and girls' rugby strategy.
- Work directly with senior leadership, provincial, and international stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, and possess excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective strategies for women's rugby development.
- To work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve goals.
- To provide leadership and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
- A degree in Sports Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
