Women's Rugby Strategy Implementation Lead

This key role will coordinate and lead the overall women's game strategy, shaping and delivering the women and girls rugby plan.

  • Working closely with senior leaders to accelerate growth in women and girl's rugby.
  • Elevating its importance and aligning all relevant functions in delivering on the plan.

This is a 4-year fixed-term position based between our Head Office in Dublin and our High Performance Centre.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in project management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow women's rugby, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse groups. They will also have a strong understanding of the women's game and its development needs.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about growing women's rugby, with a commitment to excellence and a desire to make a positive impact.
