The Role

You will act as both a trusted advisor and commercial partner to local farmers, building long-term relationships and supporting better farm performance through smart, sustainable solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Take ownership of a designated customer base, developing strong, service-led relationships.
  • Business development : Bring in new clients from scratch, leveraging your network and sales skills.
  • Sales Growth: Work towards achieving agreed annual sales targets in line with business strategy.
  • Technical Support: Offer expert guidance on ruminant nutrition, crop performance, and product selection, from initial consultation to post-sale support.
  • On-Farm Advisory: Conduct regular farm visits to assess animal health, management practices, crop development, and environmental conditions.
  • Sustainability Focus: Help farmers meet evolving sustainability goals through smart, compliant advice and support.
  • Knowledge Development: Stay current on the latest developments in agronomy, feed technologies, and animal nutrition.

**What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar agri sales or advisory role.
  • Working knowledge of ruminant nutrition and crop production.
  • A commercially minded and strategic approach to account growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative, goal-driven attitude with a desire to progress.
  • Full driving licence.
