This will include advising on compliance with regulatory requirements, auditing procedures, and developing initiatives to promote a positive health and safety culture.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for health and safety queries and concerns
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive health and safety culture
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
