Job Title: Business Application Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Application Specialist. As a key member of our digital transformation project, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on new systems and software
- Perform system installations, software updates, and troubleshoot issues with customers
- Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills, including task prioritization and time management
- Initiate upgrade projects and sell service contracts to existing customers
- Monitor and promote customer usage of products
