Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead customer-facing projects in the life science industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall project responsibility to guarantee timely delivery of projects to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, budget, quality, resources, and timeline.
  • Coordinate the resourcing and delivery of concurrent projects while adhering to defined constraints of scope, time, and cost.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, meeting client commitments, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the project management team to prioritize projects effectively.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Kneat software functionality, technical aspects, and user experience.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the project management function.
  • Regular reporting to management on project progress and milestones achieved.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and experience in project/programme management with more than 5 years of client-facing experience.
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrated through successful project delivery to large customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and engage in effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Netsuite.
  • Knowledgeable about contracting, billing, and project accounting governance.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Haves:
  • Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a regulated environment like life sciences, either directly or as a vendor, would be beneficial.
  • Experience with validation processes such as CSV or CQV.
  • Ability to author clear and concise documentation.
