Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Front Office Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of reception staff to meet high standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently in a professional manner
  • Day-to-day management of the reception team, ensuring they are equipped to perform duties to expected standards
  • Enable team members to provide top-level guest service, exceeding expectations whenever possible
  • Lead the team to maximize in-room revenue and occupancy through efficient yield management practices
  • Liaise with other departments to action guest requests and ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure health and safety of guests and employees at all times

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require experience as a Front Office Manager or equivalent in a busy hotel environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with hospitality software would be advantageous but not necessary.

In order to excel in this position, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike. You will also require strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
