The Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team in a busy hotel environment.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our front office team, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the reception area, including supervising team members and implementing efficient systems to maximize revenue and occupancy.

You will work closely with the Sales and Revenue Manager to optimize yield management and contribute to the overall success of the hotel. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively motivate and guide your team to achieve outstanding results.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a similar hotel setting. Your strong attention to detail, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience with HOTSOFT would be advantageous but not essential.
