Career Vision is currently seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day duties and providing exceptional customer service. Accommodation is available if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Lead the team to provide the highest level of guest service and ensure that standards are maintained at all times.
- Meet and exceed guest requests.
- Maximize in-room revenue and occupancy percentage through efficient yield management.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Revenue Manager to achieve sales goals.
- Assist in compiling and achieving the accommodation budget.
- Ensure the health and safety of all guests and employees.
Requirements:
- Experienced Front Office Manager or Supervisor in a busy 4* hotel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
- Experience with HOTSOFT would be an advantage.
